The FASTer Way

Happy Sunday! I hope everyone had a great weekend getting ready for Christmas. With tomorrow marking exactly 8 months until my wedding day, I have been thinking about ways to get in the best shape of my life and the perfect program has come into focus to help me reach my goal. A few months ago, one of my best friends, Adrienne, started the FASTer Way to Fat Loss (FWTFL) program, which I had heard about and was interested to see how things turned out for her.

Over the course of the 6 week program, I saw her attitude and body transform into a stronger, healthier woman. Not only did she kick the programs booty and get amazing results, but she also became a FWTFL coach!

Most of you probably know I was a collegiate swimmer. I would say I have always been fairly active, even post college, but I have to admit I do not have any sort of consistent diet or workout routine. When I say diet, I don’t mean a strict fad diet, I just mean my overall nutrition is very up and down. One day I will eat an entire bag of tortilla chips for lunch and the next it is all greens. WHOOPS!

A few things I am really excited about with this program:

  1. It seems very doable to continue as an overall lifestyle change.
  2. Accountability. Not only will I have a coach, but there is a facebook group with all of the other guys and gals going through the program and everyone is there to support each other
  3. The fact that specific workout types are paired to complement the nutritional day you are on. (low carb vs regular carb day)
    • Carb Cycling – I love the idea of carb cycling and I am really excited to see how this piece of the program goes. To learn more about carb cycling, Adrienne is providing a free carb cycling 101 guide HERE.

I am so pumped to join the December 31st group (let’s be honest though I will actually start Jan 1st or 2nd…shh). Join in the fun with me by registering HERE so we can get fit!

If you have any questions let me know! And if I can’t answer them, I’ll get you in touch with my girl Adrienne.

Happy Holidays!
Gabriella
